“ Wow!!! This was my favorite place I ate at in New Orleans. Not only was the food absolutely incredible. But the service was some of the best I’ve ever received. The bartender is also the server and this gentleman was fantastic. I asked him his two favorite items on the menu, we got both, they were fantastic. He suggested the patty melt burger done in the style of the Philly and it was so great. The tacos were also fantastic. The cornbread was top notch. And even ordered an extra order of their homemade chips because they were so good. On top of the great food, was the fantastic service. Asked for a drink they never heard of and he told me he could made something similar. Not only was it similar, it was incredibly better. Great job The Double Club, give that bartender on Wednesday night a big high five. He’s a good ones ”

My wife and I recently dined there and fell in love with its unique atmosphere, which strikes a perfect balance between vibrant and welcoming. As someone who uses a specialized wheelchair, I truly appreciated the staff’s eagerness to assist us. They went above and beyond to ensure that I could comfortably access the establishment, making us feel right at home. Our waiter, whom I believe was named Ryan, along with James, provided excellent service that added to our overall experience. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. I tried the club sandwich, and it was incredible—the smoky, flavorful bacon made it a memorable dish. My wife chose the Philly melt and absolutely loved it; the flavors were rich and satisfying. The Double Club is not only a fantastic spot for a delicious dinner but also a great place to grab drinks. I can definitely envision hosting an event like a bachelor or bachelorette party here, as the ambience is perfect for celebrations. In short, do yourself a favor and visit The Double Club—you won’t regret it! ”

We stumbled into The Double Club with a larger group, and Liz took absolute care of us… she was attentive, welcoming, and made sure everyone had a great time. This spot has a photo-friendly, aesthetic dive bar vibe. Cool details everywhere, perfect for snapping a few shots while you enjoy a drink. Speaking of drinks, I had one of the best Peach Old Fashioneds I’ve ever tasted. Smooth, balanced, and unforgettable. To top it off, while we were there a second line parade started outside, which made the whole experience feel like a true New Orleans moment. Photo-Friendly Tip: The bar’s quirky design and colorful drinks make for great Instagram shots—grab a Peach Old Fashioned and snap a pic before the ice melts! Also don’t forget to leave a quote on the restroom walls. ”

“ The Double Club is the spot you have to visit in New Orleans. We stumbled in for a quick drink and ended up staying for hours. The downstairs has this cool, funky vibe with neon signs, great music, and the best sandwiches we had in NOLA—no exaggeration. What really made the night, though, was the service. James and Brendon behind the bar were incredible—super friendly, fun to talk to, and you can tell they actually care about what they’re making. They gave us amazing recommendations and made the whole experience feel special. And let’s just say… if you know, you know. There’s a little “something” about this place that makes the experience even more unforgettable — but it’s one of those things you discover only if you go there and ask the bartender "what's the secret about this place?" Highly recommend The Double Club—great drinks, great food, and even better bartenders. ”
